Glad to Meet You

Lucinda Otto rescued me from a very difficult situation that I don’t think I could have managed on my own. My home was torn apart due to mold remediation work and I had been abandoned by my contractor. I had no idea how to begin to prepare my unit for sale. Every step of the way Lucinda was there for me. She was patient and kind and always compassionate with me and others. Several times Lucinda had to step in to clear up or negotiate or clarify information and each time, she was successful in making it all work out. I will never forget her words to me on the first day we met. I thought she would run from my place but instead she said...“I love a challenge. We can do this! ” And she did. In less than 24 hours after placing on the MLS we had a solid offer and in less than one month my home sold.
